Work Arrangement and Compensation

We assign consultants to projects based on their qualification, expertise, and interest to make sure that projects are planned and executed properly. Consultants work with us on a project by project basis as project partners (while keeping their full time jobs). In this arrangement, consultants are considered as partners in each project, and get compensated through a Project Profit Sharing Agreement in each project they lead and manage. Indeed, our Academics Beyond Boundaries management team will be coordinating with consultants every step of the way to make sure that projects are smoothly completed.

If this kind of arrangement is something that is of interest to you, we would love to hear from you, and to have you as a member of Academics Beyond Boundaries team of Academic Consultants. You will then be considered for our up coming consulting projects based on your academic and professional background.

We look forward to hearing from you.
